To all my Readers,
It's been exactly 3 years since I last wrote a travel blog. The last time I wrote a blog was in 2019, when I went with my parents to the core of the Habsburg Empire (Austria, Czech Republic and Slovakia, and Hungary) as a reward for the completion of my Master's degree course. Upon my return, I almost finished it but due to circumstances better left unsaid, I ended up putting it in the garbage bin. Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to travel anywhere as a month after we left for our journey, a minute but deadly spiked ball emerged from Wuhan and turned the world upside down. During that time I wrote inane pieces of literature no one would probably want to read as they were nothing more than overly personal writings about what I did during this period including getting hooked to a British metaverse game. But the fear and panic phase of the pandemic is now over. People have come a long way from staying at home in fear. In these circumstances, I sincerely regret deleting the blog as that would have killed three birds with one stone. The first bird is that it would be a speedup item in the progress of differently abled awareness which is going slow right now, the second bird, it would have been an ideal work sample for the content writing jobs I am presently hunting for and the third bird, it would have really helped the people who organized the trip give a great boost to their business.
Hi, I'm Sourya Sinha and yes, I am differently abled. I am afflicted with a condition called Cerebral palsy which results in movement disorders and can cause other complications as well such as hearing loss, speech impediment, intellectual impairment and others. I do have hearing loss in my right ear but none of the other aforementioned secondary complications. Fortunately, progress regarding awareness of the needs of the so called ”Disabled" people is increasing but is still too slow for anything significant to happen. I hope my blog will act as a booster to the progress. With all that said, let's begin.
